Weak core gameplay loop, and unfortunately the core is all that's there.

1. check next customer
2. manually calculate how many servers are needed
3. buy heap of equipment
4. wait for slow animations as each individual piece of kit is installed one... by... one...
5. manually enter an IP address for every piece of kit
6. run ethernet from each server to a switch, one at a time. No clever little shortcuts, you can only have one loose end at a time. No reusing cables either; if you misplace something you automatically chuck the cable out.
7. start customer contract, go back to each server and manually set each server to work for the customer.
8. sit on your hands and wait for money to roll in until you can afford to add the next customer... or wait 4 entire real life hours for kit to expire and need replacing. No reusing cables when you replace a server by the way, gotta run a whole new cable to the switch.

The game actively discourages you from building any real network infrastructure. Every customer apparently runs a cable out to your datacenter; you don't need to manage your uplinks. The best solution is always just running a cable directly from the customer to their rack(s). There's a patch panel but you need to rerun cable every time you install equipment anyway, so there's no point to using it.

There are zero automation tools; no DHCP to set IPs, no PXE to assign customers automatically, and certainly no IaC tools. This is datacenter management at its stupidest.

Runs and good on both PC and steam deck it's very fun. BUT you can't manually save on Steamdeck so you have to wait until it auto saves . I hope this gets fixed soon

Absolute cinema, I love it, and you wont need to worry about power and heat at all, jst bandwidth and EOL.

In other sense, we can also make art in this game which is really really fun and cool.
