I am playing in the "sniper" level, so I am hours into the game. I've done some backtracking, but I have absolutely no idea how to find the symbols to input into the computer. AFAIK, I've solved none of the riddles given to me on the stones that I've found. Maybe the information guy was helpful once, but I don't remember. I've glanced at a few of the guides here that give the codes, but I have no idea really what I'm doing. I need some sort of basic advice....

Don't get me wrong, this is still a good game, owing purely to the excellent core gameplay, but the focus on puzzles was a clear misstep. The main issue is that the two styles of gameplay simply don't mesh. The key to a good beat-em-up is that the action needs to be fast-paced and varied, which the levels in this game generally are... the first time.
