FEED THE QUEEN has now been out for 72 hours, and the reception has been beyond what I could ever imagine: already 25,000 players!

This game is really close to my heart and seeing you all enjoy it, discuss it, share it, is a dream come true. I give all of you have my sincerest thanks for purchasing and playing FEED THE QUEEN!

Addressing your feedback and performance issues

Let me preface this by saying that I read every single review and message on the discussion board.

I am aware of the frequent performance issues and crashes certain players are experiencing. I just rolled out a patch to hopefully fix most of those, and plan to keep updating FEED THE QUEEN to hopefully fix as many of these issues as possible! Sorry to everyone whose experience has been disrupted by those issues!

As for balance and quality of life, I make notes of all of your complaints and suggestions, and will be making some changes and adjustments to hopefully make the experience more smooth, accessible, and enjoyable for everyone!

Please keep sending me your feedback, suggestions, and reporting whatever crashes and performance issues you are experiencing. You may also join the discord server to share your feedback.

16 dna seems to be my wall

Honestly not sure what combo works to get to 20 dna. I was doing frostburn up until then but it capped with me needing to idle for billions for a small increase. Golden apples weren't much either. Anyone find specific multipliers that worked?

1.0.2 - performance issues

- fixed "Miracle" achievement

- fixed the run timer never resetting after a victorious run

- added Vulcan start option: try this if you have GPU incompatibility issues - eg. if you have graphical and/or performance issues, very frequent crashes, if the game crashes on start-up, etc.

- fixed multiple instances of potential memory leaks - this should generally help with crashes, lag issues, particularly on lower-end devices.

Beat the game. Took about 5 hours more or less.

Do not recommend, there are more fun increments - this one does not have build variety, you're funneled into limited choices and only very specific upgrades can actually carry you over the finish line.

Art is good, that's probably the only pro.

The whole game's progression is based on your food per minute. Every goal you hit you get a special token. Those tokes are limited to only 5-6 every new run. One of the most important building take 20 mins to save up for just to see if you can reach the last threshold that you set up for. If you don't reach it you have to prestige, rebuy everything, hope you don't buy the wrong items with the tokens, and wait 20 minutes to see if the last building will make a difference.

I have been stuck often after legacy upgrades and tried out a lot of different upgrades.

You really need to find out which build exactly is working and change it with every increment. Which is actually a good feature. However often times just a little difference makes a huge impact.

So I have been using builds that are used by others who progressed further but only had a small difference and having to reset multiple times to just find that little difference is annoying.

So for me, not a good incremential game. You should be able to progress with multiple builds and not be resetting on the same progress level multiple times to just find that one mechanic that lets you proceed.

25th DNA Final Achiev

I've unlocked 79/80 and need the final 25th DNA I can get to about 7B/Min using Chanterelle/Throwers/Orchard Not sure what is the method to get to 25th DNA. If you have a repeatable method please post below.

What am I missing to progress?

See a lot of people saying it takes 4-8 hours...I've played 13 hours and I can't get anywhere close to getting my 8th DNA point. Currently I have my trees using freeze berry's, farm using peppers, and have a bunch of apple bushes and traps with plenty of units gathering. I don't understand what I'm missing here....

Achievement advice.

I've only got 2 achievements left that I can't seem to snag. Haulers having 1000% range and 50 stacks of iridencese. I've got all the DNA upgrades I think that work towards the range, and I have the mine upgrades as well. My Sharp Mushroom efficiency is 150%. It just can't get there. Also, since the only place iridescence comes from is the one shiny on the farm, it gets stacked to about 18 and then resets. Any advice/tips on getting these 2 to trigger?...
