Getting mixed feelings

I'm trying to immerse myself in this story about making serious choices and figuring out bits and bobs of the world, but when there's references to so many things so frequently, it kinda takes me out of it. Like the end part of the demo, I can plainly see W.D. Ghaster from the hit game Undertale and the ImScared guy face in the back? Really throws the mood off for what I assume is supposed be a serious moment. There's nothing wrong with having references to other pieces of media, but I would suggest perhap...

Wish music from demo was on youtube.

At least the one from the main menu, at max the non-ambient music from levels. Really loving it.

So far so good BUT i have 2 problems

1. The artstyle is simply amazing and maybe this is a me problem but sometimes i confuse somedecorative elements with platforms, perhaps an option to highlight platforms better would be nice (i do not know if this is implemented alredy, i havent dived in the settings menu yet) 2. I feel like it would be nice if South could start running just a tiny bit faster (i also do not know if theres a way to make him start running faster, please let me know if there is.)
