I never saw an adult patch as a dlc this is the first I see of that. I thought people put it on external sites because it wasn't allowed

If so, is there more than one? I feel this VN ended pretty abruptly with lots of questions unanswered, and I haven't gotten to learn much of the characters besides the two main love interests (Tama and Yura). Can anyone fill me in on this?
