Is there a walkthrough for this game? I need help.

so im a big fan of these games and i got this a while ago but it simply either doesnt load or it just crashes any one know how to fix this?

For some reason, the game lags hard and i have no idea as to why. I can run games like Borderlands: The Pre-sequel just fine on medium settings. Any help?
