This game is downloaded at 2kbps no matter what I do it wont go faster all my other games down load at 6-8 mbps wtf is wrong?

Is anyone else having trouble scrolling the screen? Specifically, scrolling left or up is no problem, but scrolling right or down is painfully slow. I'm running Win10 and I've tried various compatibility modes, nothing seems to affect it one way or another. Other than one other odd animation bug, the game seems to run fine. The hand of god icon animates crazy fast, for some reason. No idea if it's related or not....

I have to learn something in the school .But now i can not learn how to make cheese .But it says i need to learn something before that ,wich i already did .I can not learn it twice and without it i can not move on ,Is there any help here for this ? Or do i have to go somewhere else ?...
