I have NO idea why, but randomly the upgrade UI decides to permanently disappear forcing me to reset the game, already reset 3 times

As the title says, artifacts doesn't show up on the tab. I've found 3 different types so far, but none of them show, it's all just question mark icons. UPDATE: After restarting the game, they now show up, but only the ones I've picked up since restart. UPDATE 2: It seems that the shield-like artifact still doesn't show up....

How do you get the last achievement "You Broke the Game" only one I don't have

This is my first incremental game, always loved progression systems in games, so hopefully Arcane Plunder is going to be fun in that regard.
