This feels like a really solid spiritual successor to Eroico, which plays a lot similarly to this game and has a lot of the same "I'm going to beat your ass until it's bleeding with cute anime girls until you teach yourself the core mechanics, you gotta fight for your H-scenes, you talentless punk loser" energy that'll probably skill filter a lot of more casual H-game enjoyers, but that's okay because there is a casual mode for just such an occasion!

There's a few hiccups like the camera being a bit wobbly at times or the 3D models of certain platforms not appearing, but the core gameplay is really good! I usually hate parrying in games, but it feels really solid and reliable once you get to learn the timing window. Plus, it's also tied to your ability to heal yourself and cast cool spells you find along your journey, so the better you get at it, the stronger you become!

Oh yeah and this dev's art and scenes are absolutely peak as usual. I sung my praises for Hidden Realm of the Enchantress and I'll do it here, it's perfect. Would absolutely recommend as long as your willing to put some effort into it.

Even boss attacks that feel unfair at first glance reveal a path to victory once you deeply understand their movements and find the precise timing for a parry. Gamers seeking hardcore action will be immediately drawn into this taut tension.

Visually, the 2D animations are particularly eye-catching. The movements of the alluring monster girls you confront are meticulously crafted down to the smallest detail, and the clothing damage system that unfolds during combat is, personally, quite a pleasing feature. The H-scenes prepared for defeat are also depicted with smooth 2D H-animations, showcasing the developer's attention to detail.

While the difficulty is by no means low, the inclusion of a "Casual Mode" for players who lack confidence in their action gameplay skills is wonderful. This allows players whose goal is to complete the animations or the gallery to enjoy the game with ease. A masterpiece that fuses the "reward" of accomplishment with the "prize" of eroticism at a high level, this game can be confidently recommended to both action game fans and monster girl lovers.

I've had a ton of fun with this game as much as I did with Hidden Realm, but feel that it's a little lacking. I wish there could be sexy scenes with downed enemies as a way to recharge the magic orbs other than constant parrying.
