1. Population limit sucks. Build a city, expand, hit population limit. Just scroll off to the side and plop another town hall. Return to first city and continue expanding. Repeat as needed, makes having the population limit pointless and annoying. 2. Need a way to replace roads instead of having to demolish and rebuild them.
