How do you cast spells on the black mage? I can only figure out how to cast Heal outside of combat, no spells in combat...

While playing the game, I ran into the question of where the City of Petra is located. The correct answer is Jordan, but the game said I was wrong, and the right answer is Iraq. This is incorrect. The correct answer is definitely Jordan (I should know, I went there). I wanted to bring this to the attention of the developer, especially considering that now I'm worried there are other questions that have incorrect "right answers"...
