Hiya!

Here's the first update, this is a small post launch update, it cointains the following:

Added a debug unstuck option in pause menu (use at your own discretion!)

Steam achievements added! (Note: those are subject to change as game development continues (especially the one about collecting all johnnies in the game))

Steam cloud implementation (This is still under testing, please report any issues you might encounter (also sorry in advance if saves are lost in the process!))

Fixed an issue that caused lags on some world loads, smoother transition between biomes to be expected!
Fixed an issue with dash from rail to rail having an unwanted cooldown (much smoother now)

delete save bug

I had to delete the save to hopefully get achievements this time But now it hangs on the loading screen when I start. It fixes itself if you restart the game

Could you add collection achievements

It’s better to do it before anything else, cuz if I collect everything now, I’ll never replay it . Try to add achievements for every level collectathon

Demo Save breaking achievements

Continuing from my demo's save has made all the achievements from those early areas remain un-popped. I didn't see this until I had already done 95% of the content in the current build.

Bug Report

it's not actually fun to replay a section over and over

because you have no control over direction or speed when jumping off rails. especially when hopping on parallel ones and careening halfway across the level and falling into the abyss. most games with such a mechanic specifically lock you into a short hop in that situation to avoid it....

Were some of the achievements added in like over last day or two

I have all the of johnnies, all the powerups, and today while checking achievents and seeing that i am still missing 11 i realized that i dont have the achievements for the cool glasses or the wings, some area completion achievements are missing as well. Luckily i didnt have to start a new game for some of them but alien fields for example wont pop for ♥♥♥♥...

Today is the day: Sonki's Lagoon is now available on Steam!

Thanks everyone who supported the project along the way. Whether you followed the development, tested early builds, shared feedback, or simply added the game to your wishlist, your support means a lot to me!

After a bit more than a year of work, I'm very excited to finally put it into your hands.

We hope you'll have as much fun playing Sonki's Lagoon as I had making it. We can't wait to see your adventures, screenshots, and hear your thoughts. Tis but the start of the journe, stay tuned for community post where I'll share a roadmap for the Early access and a Community poll for features you woudl like to see in the game!
