We Gotta Go! Demo Now Live!

Hey everyone, we have two big updates to share on We Gotta Go!

First up, we now have a public demo available here on Steam. Jump in, bring some friends, and try to keep your underwear clean!

Secondly, we’re excited to announce that we’ve signed on with publisher Mad Mushroom[www.madmushroom.gg]. Their team is helping us to shape We Gotta Go! up for a 1.0 launch this Spring!

If you’ve already played the prototype build, you’ll notice some new things and some refinements in the demo. But whether it’s your first time in the mansion or you’ve been holding it in for months now, we want to know what you think!

Please consider leaving a review on the demo here on Steam, and joining our Discord server[discord.com].

[Bug] dying with the key shows it in your inventory after death, but doesnt allow u to use it.

i got the key, but died a few times coming back up with it. i was able to take over some dead bodies to "respawn"; the game still showed the key in my first inventory slot. I make it all the way back up to the bathroom, but cant equip the key. I picked up a bottle to defend myself, and the key disappeared from the inventory slot. im cool with dropping stuff when u "die" not cool with it showing stuff in my inventory that isnt really there....

❗We’ve refined the core gameplay loop and mansion locations, and added a ton of new enemies for y’all to fend off—but please keep in mind this is still an early prototype, so bugs and general jank are to be expected.

We Gotta Go

Controls got stuck mid match.

A room exploded with poop monsters and then I couldn't move. I could use the evade and jump but WASD keys stopped working all together. Quit and restarted and it all worked again.

Repo clone + Skibbidi Toilet..?

I'm really struggling to understand what this game is about? Usually I love these kind of games, games like Lethal company, content warning, Repo, and so on. But in this case I don't feel like the game speaks to me at all, because I don't understand what the game is meant to be? From all I've seen, it kinda just looks like a Repo clone but themed around skibbidi toilet, for some reason? So what's the goal of this game, and what are the long term plans for it's development?...
