cant get anything to work after the start screen

Does the tree grow at all? Can you influence or hamper its growth? Is there an ecosystem in the tree? Insects, fungus? Can you exploit it or live in symbiosis? If you are desperate for resources, can you cut one of the branches? Can you influence branch growth like on a Bonzai or Daisugi? Also, do you have to manage weight on the branches?...

Just some suggestions: - please allow for rebinding camera controls. I'd like to be able to spin the camera by holding middle click and pan with the right and left clicks as with most games of this kind - the control scheme of right click on character - left click on workplace - right click on icon is confusing and not useful. a simple click on character and then click on workplace should get them to work. at the very least, make all 3 of those the same click. i pressed the wrong one every time - probably...
