You should not be able to convert artifacts which are steam real money items to in game gold at all ever. You should have a separate collection tab for them. The problem you are having here is that you buy something or trade something for real money and then convert it to in game gold that is something the game earns passivly that you can't do a lot with. It's a horrible system. I have deleted several artifacts because it specifically states that it will "convert it into an in game item". Not that i...
