Hey everyone, Dice Card Heroes is almost ready but first comes steam next fest. To prepare I have a big demo update ready.

This will bring the demo closer to the current development state, here is some of the stuff you can expect in this update.

• Damage and Health preview

  • In combat you will now see the damage you will receive from the enemies and your own dice will preview how much damage they deal to a monster.

• New Content

  • This update features new items, new dice and more events.

• Graphical Update

  • Improved menu screens, icons and even some new enemy sprites.

• Balancing

  • Almost everything has been rebalanced at least a little bit. Most dice, enemies, and items were changed based on feedback.

• Bugs, fixes and performance

  • A huge amount bugs have been fixed and the performance has improved quite a bit in many areas.

Dice Card Heroes will participate in Steam Next Fest which is live from February 23rd until March 2nd.

Everything should be set for the full version to release not too long after but more info on that soon.

this patch adds the first version of a tutorial and includes some UI polishing and bugfixes.

• Dynamic tutorial that should explains most screen when showing up the first time, (can be reset in gameplay options)

• Keywords in dice tooltips should be highlighted now.

• fixed sometimes dice becoming transparent before rolling.

• fixed wrong keyword tooltips for hero skills.

• replaced uneven dice texture.

• fixed reroll button greying out for dice that automatically reroll.

• fixed some missing keyword explanation for effects not showing up.

• fixed sometimes a rune being applied twice.

• fixed some item animation being stuck in a weird state.
