Is this game any good?

I've verified the cache and my system easily meets the minimum specs although I'm running Windows 10 so I'm wondering if it can be that.

When the game open, i can't reach the menu of the game.

I read Nighclub and thought... And then there's the red head on the cover art.... ...but all i see is city scapes.

With all the micro-managing you can do; hand soap expenses, electrical bill, budget management etc, can you keep track of STD transference percentages between patrons and where your club stands next to other clubs in STD's that are passed on? Do I hear a steam achievement anyone??...
