Some identity cases are ambiguios

I have found two cases trying to match identities that are a 50/50 guess since either identity matches all the criteria. Is this intentional? It feels like a mistake or bug since the cause of death is always only one option if you look at all the available information. The most recent case was an unemployed zathorn, that was all the information the cases had, employment and race. But there was two unemployed zathorns to choose from, so I had to just flip a coin. Incorrect game logic around supporting organs

I just had a case that I was pretty sure I was going to get wrong, but think the game is wrong. I took screenshots. Vescara is a supporting organ. A-> B doesn't make sense to me.

I'm a bit confused about the A -> B organ dependency. It says that the Heptrix is vital, but it depends on the Pancryn, but the Pancryn isn't vital. Does damage to a non vital organ that leads to an undamaged vital that is older then a damaged vital organ count as the cause of death as the non vital damage would cause failure or the vital organ?...

Confused about organ B > A

I am confused. A non-vital organ will have damage that a vital organ depends on and the damage to the non-vital organ is the oldest damage yet it wont be the cause of death?
