Harvest Dice: Abundia's Blessing Demo Is Live Now!

Greetings, expeditors!

Roll the dice and brace for the cold — the first public free demo of Harvest Dice: Abundia's Blessing is now available on Steam as of May 3rd, 8:00 PM (PT)!

Inspired by modern board games, Harvest Dice is a dice and card-driven roguelike settlement-builder. Lead your expedition, allocate three dice each round across four zones — Agriculture, Construction, Exploration, and Defense — trigger card effects, gather resources, and survive the relentless blizzard to rebuild your village.

What's in the demo?

🎲 Three expedition squads

Vanguard Squad
Survey Squad
Alchemist Squad

🌡️ Four difficulty tiers (0–3)

Difficulty 0: Learn the basics with ease
Difficulty 1–3: Escalating survival challenges that test your strategic limits

Bug: chasing fallen star

The meteor shower event gives a choice of wishing on a star to get +2 boost "within 6 turns", or chasing the fallen star to freeze 7 cards but get a relic. I chose the second option, and 7 cards were frozen, but I didn't get a relic. (Also, "within 6 turns" is confusing wording; I think you meant "for 6 turns".)...

Final Call: Harvest Dice Playtest Ends March 10!

Hey Everyone!

The final wave of Playtest access has now been sent out. A huge thank you to everyone who joined the test, played with dedication, and shared your valuable feedback — we've received every single message!

After the Playtest concludes, we'll continue refining the gameplay and optimizing the experience based on your input. The next public demo will bring more content, including new expedition teams and new difficulty levels, as we work toward a more complete and richer Harvest Dice: Abundia's Blessing. Stay tuned!

The Playtest will officially close on March 10. We look forward to meeting more expedition members on the frozen frontier in a better version ahead!

Harvest Dice: Abundia’s Blessing – Playtest Update (Feb 3, 2026)

Greetings, Expedition Members!

We opened a limited Playtest for Harvest Dice: Abundia’s Blessing on January 29. Over the past few days, we’ve received valuable feedback from our testers and have fixed several issues discovered during the Playtest. With this update, we will also be granting access to more players.

Thank you all for your testing and support!

Update Details:

Fixed an issue where Blizzard resistance could be incorrectly counted as a failure when Defense equaled Blizzard intensity (affecting certain relic effects).
Fixed a bug where the relic “Starry Totem” did not reset between turns.
Fixed incorrect behavior of the supply item “Venture Capital.”
Improved stability during dice placement to reduce cases where dice could not be placed properly (this may not be fully resolved yet — we’re actively tracking remaining issues and welcome further feedback).
Added an automatic error reporting system that displays detailed error stack information when a crash occurs, helping the development team identify and fix bugs more efficiently.
Fixed a resolution setting issue that previously prevented windowed mode from matching the screen’s native resolution.

Fishing Net + Alchemist Squad

These interact in a way where the Fishing Net cannot be used, because first the Alchemist Squad adds +2 to idle dice, and then the Fishing Net looks for idle dice with a face value of 2 or less. Either they should trigger in the opposite order, or the Fishing Net should not appear in Alchemist Squad games....
