Bug Fixes

Rotation hotkey will only rotate the currently held block now.
Pressing the pause/back key bind does not resume the game while in the keybinding options.
The second song "Bossa Nozou" should loop now.
Fixed the font for Japanese in the end level UI.

Language

Small context based tweaks to Spanish (Spain) localization.

Thankfully there were no major issues.

Elfie: A Sand Plan - Now Available!

HURRAY! Elfie: A Sand Plan came out earlier today!

Elfie invites you to help her build some sandcastles. Given a set of sand blocks in each level, you will need to match your sand sculptures with what Elfie has in mind. I hope you enjoy your time at the beach with Elfie and that all the spatial puzzles the game includes help you improve your 3D visualization skills!

The demo was a good taste of the gameplay, but I wasn't prepared for how addictive these adorable little sand castle puzzles would be!

The game feels great to play, there was clearly a lot of love and care that went into it. It's polished, the music and sound effects are satisfying and enjoyable, and there are plenty of options for customizing your graphics and gameplay (which I very much appreciate). It's easy to pick up and put down if you just want to do a few puzzles at a time. On top of all that, Elfie is the cutest lil round thing and she has lots of swimsuits and accessories to unlock! I'm looking forward to spending more time in this game.

When I first saw a gameplay video of this game, I was nostalgic for experiencing older games, be they flash or not, in my childhood.
Then the game has an option to change your visuals in a certain way to appear as if you're playing on a CRT TV, and with that the feeling was amplified.

The game is fun, soul was definitely put into it, there's that kind of attention to the small stuff, both the music and the gameplay are cozy.
I'm looking forward to taking my time with the game and seeing where things go with the developer+composer !!

A great birthday gift. Thank you for making it possible to spend a nice time at the beach with Elfie. I am sorry about the shovel incident. 8/10.

Playing the Demo with My Child – Some Feedback

Hi! I just played the demo version with my child, and they really loved it! They were completely absorbed in the game and can't wait for the free building mode to be added.A couple of things I noticed:Grid setting not saved: I always play with the grid fully on, but every time I restart the game, the grid setting resets and returns to default. It would be great if the grid preference could be saved. Translation / Text for young kids: Since you're aiming for a game that small children can enjoy, I recommend...

Colorblind Accessibility

I have red-green focused colorblindness and while the game itself isn't very difficult there was a moment or two when I first played it where I didn't understand what I was doing wrong because the red and green used in the game to decipher if a block is correct or not is virtually the same exact color for me visually. Maybe changing the colors to contrast more or potentially adding a colorblind slider to make the colors used be something like blue for correct and orange for incorrect could work!...
