Why the game was delisted from the Steam store? Sweet Delights and Glitch Hearts will be removed too?

I clicked on DLC in the library and added it to the library, but it displayed an error when adding the product to your account. Please try again later. Clicking the download button next to it only launches the game and does not show the DLC.
