pretty cute dress up game with lots of nice clothes. but the story and overall presentation is lacking. it feels pretty shallow for what's (at full price) a 30£ game.
i'd recommend it if you're more into the actual dress up than the story. but be sure to get the game on a big sale, it's definitely not worth the full price

If your favorite aspect of Style Boutique games was to create full outfits on a given theme, this game totally scratches that itch. I totally recommend when it's on sale, it runs and play perfectly well on Steam Deck.

✅ Positive
- Streamlined and clear gameplay loop which consists of alterning between work day and rest day (where you manage your relationships and stats). Only doing one job, talking to a character or increasing stat will finish your day, you can buy as much you want and it won't the duration of the day.
- You can change your appearance down to facial features such as eyeshapes even during job
- When you do a photoshoot at your agency, you have a given set of clothes. However for others works such as advertizing, you have to use your own bought clothes.
- Research system using tags like #floral, #feminine, #cool, #white, #nautical etc...
- Various fashion style represented in the game, including #K-Style one
- Stats (Stamina/Social/Charisma) gate-keep dialogue and story progression

❌ Negative
- The music is cute but really repetitive and can be heard in multiple scenes
- Dialogues can be repetitive too, especially for jobs but you can forward it.
- A lack of diversity regarding skintone and bodyshape, the darkest color is barely tan.
- The story is cute and wholesome but lack depth
- The tag system is a bit random, for example there is a #neon tag and some clothes that are obviously neon don't have it.
- The model wears a blue bra that can be seen under sheer top, I did not find any camisole as inner top that can remove it
- Some skirts have amazing V cut at the center, either you use a crop top or even inner top are too short to cover the whole V cut
- Clipping issues for example with necklace pendant

I have played all Style Boutique opus, tried Fashion Disaster and of course, Infinity Nikki and Life Makeover and I am so happy to finally have a fashion game that is not a gacha. It doesn't beat Style Boutique, but it does fill that hole a bit in hope of better fashion game (maybe the new game from SynSophia Magical Craft: Neko to Mahou no Dress ? One can dream!)
