Is there a way to play with trackball ie not having to hold a key to bowl?

It'd be nice when using keyboard/mouse if ESC key brought up the menu, not P key. Not sure how to spin, could use a tutorial screen on it, or a tutorial you actively do. Since the game does support a controller, I would change the Steam page to say it does support controller, right now it says it doesn't. It'd be nice to walk all the way left, so your ball it right on the edge of the gutter, like you can in real life. Right now it stops where the left side of your character is. Should be able to start...
