Happy Sunday! Small balance + bugfix update today:

Orceon:
-DEV NOTE: The Negabeam in Phase 2 can be frustrating, especially with builds don't have a way to break through Kratolith quickly. This provides some counterplay to the Negabeam.
-Phase 2: Added a new boss item, Chronofragments. Collecting Chronofragments increases the timer of Negabeam.

Scythe:
-DEV NOTE: Extremely high scythe speeds were leading to unstable behavior, with balls flying instantly out of bounds. The old holofoil effect where spin speed increased with consumables eaten caused this to happen often. This new holofoil effect is more fun, anyway.
-Holofoil scythe new effect: Spin center tracks the cursor position

Golf MiniGame:

-Shot direction is now forward (drag your mouse in the direction you want to shoot). The backward drag was a bit nicer from an aesthetic perspective, but there were situations near the edge of the screen where you wouldn't be able to apply full power to shots.

-Added a check to make sure balls can't stop in invalid positions (inside colliders or off screen). If a ball is in a position like this when the timer runs out, your launcher will stay in its current position rather than moving to the invalid position.

-Timeout duration reduced from 15s -> 12s. Added a small countdown timer over the launcher to display when timeout for that shot will occur.

Bugfixes:
-Fixed a bug where Chaos Cabbages were not being awarded from non-Cabbage runs
-Putter: Fixed a bug where putter would stay in aim state when tapping the weapon fire button again when in auto hold mode with Double Strike equipped
-Lobster Roll: Fixed a bug where non-holofoil lobster roll was giving free rerolls in the library

-Added vfx, sfx, and a UI notification when Golden Ticket procs
-Fixed a bug where holofoil sprinkler would spawn bubbles outside the play area, causing balls to be lost.
-Fixed a bug where some VFX were not always playing on spawn
