Everything is yellow/red I know the developer is fixing form another discussion but can it be fixed somehow?

i was in game and i changed my graphics settings from low to medium and suddenly everything was yellow-ish and abit of orange exept the sky which was black

bis zu dem punkt mit dem beton foto habe ddan so nhn rad bekommen und habe free game bekommen was bekomme ich da ?

It's annoying hauling each item one by one to the backyard, even the tiny wheels and nail boxes, like dude give some bag, inventory, cart or just simply allow us to pick multiple items at once...

The translations for the game to german are, for a german speaking person rather interesting... Some of them are misleading and it would be nice for them to be fixed... If you need any help in that regards you can contact me... Also the part where you have to carry all parts to the back is rather annoying with the ability to be only able to take only one item at at time......
