i have all 72 archivement and 100% explore map but still can get the last achivement

玩到第三章結尾玩不了,Steam連接不上服務器

I had tried the solution from bloodization's guide (chose all "funny clown" choice, for the rest make better choice for high favorability, and fail every event in the market) doesn't work for me. I tried a few over things, but nothing works. Could someone send me a hint or more? Many thanks....
