It's wonderful that you engage with Her Story using natural language. It means that your particular strategies for narrowing down search results will be unique to you, turning the game into a puzzle box with effectively infinite solutions.

Your mileage on the game's underlying story may vary. Personally, I think Barlow has written better stories since this one, which strained credulity in ways that disappointed me. But regardless of how you feel about that underlying story, the method of engaging with the story was an important landmark in game design, and it's worth experiencing for yourself.

(If you wanted a story with a bit more texture, the follow-up Telling Lies might be more your speed, very similar play mechanics with a significantly more grounded story)

The gameplay of this is very unusual and I like that, but honestly the plotline is quite silly. I still enjoyed it overall. Imagine how good it could be if the plot was good!

This was a great detective experience and a good story that leaves room for interpretations.
I would recommend this game to anyone interested in mystery solving stories.
Note that the game is pretty short and doesn't have much replayability.
