Is the Episode in the toilette anomaly bugged? I beat the anomaly game after the 6th room but the toilettes keep looping without an exit and a number on the wall?

Probably spoilers for anyone that doesn't want them I saw the screenshots for both games and figured I'd give the first episode a try. I could see the Twin Peaks and X-Files inspiration in those screenshots, and I'm always down for a horror game that brings out the weirdness in those.
