Are important for players on Steam.

Hi devs! I loved the visuals, sound, and atmosphere. The looped route works well, but I’d really like more freedom to explore the forest. Are you planning a larger game or expansion with the same vibe? Maybe branching paths, quests, or side events? Would be great to hear if this is on your roadmap....

There is still a lot more that could be done with the Kaamosverse. That match 3 puzzle game roguelike was a good start and Vartio is a nice little extra. In my opinion an adventure game or a visual novel would be a good fit for this setting.

For the very, very limited amount of resources used, this worked out quite well. Some suggestions, though: 1. The stars seemed too 'uniformly random'. A slightly more advanced algorithm (like Perlin noise) would make the sky look better. 2. A moon always adds atmosphere at night. Doesn't need to be a full moon. 3. The robotic voices seemed out of place. Computer-generated voices would be fine, just not robotic ones. This isn't a sci-fi setting. 4. A and D should turn left and right, not strafe/sli...

The game does (or at least tries to do) an interesting thing with its soundscape, frightening the player first by potting them into a world of night forest's noises, then gradually replacing it with creepy silence. It's a cool idea, but I think you need to commit to it. There's a moment in the game, towards the end, when you find something creepy (||or, rather, don't find someone, which is creepy||), and there's a "scary" non-diegetic sound underlining it.
