Playtest Preparations and New Gameplay Video

In recent weeks, we’ve been focused on improving the early gameplay experience, fixing issues, and strengthening overall performance. To ensure a stable and smooth playtest, we’re actively testing a variety of systems.

Community feedback plays a major role in this process. That’s why we’re sharing a new gameplay video that shows the current state of the game.

All footage shown is still a work in progress. Animations, AI behavior, environmental details, and gameplay systems are still being developed. We wanted to give you an early look and gather first impressions before the playtest.

Your thoughts, suggestions, and critiques will help us shape the next stages of development.

Purpose of the Playtest

• Evaluate the first-time player experience
• Identify gaps in the core gameplay loop
• Test AI, combat, survival, and environment systems
• Assess the pacing of the early hours of the game

You’ll begin to notice new details: small creatures moving through the grass, insects crawling across the ground, and subtle signs of life all around.

We love adding small details like these. They may seem minor, but together they make the world richer, more alive, and more believable.

Our goal is to make nature feel like it truly exists on its own, not just as scenery but as something living and breathing.
Every creature, big or small, plays a role in the balance of this world.

Primal Survival keeps growing, and so does the life within it.
