it's extremely grindy.
the main mechanic is you're supposed to give birth and reset all your upgrades in order to get better upgrades.
but there's no meta progression between stages. and in later stages, even with 21 births and all upgrades maxed out, it still takes 30 minutes of clicking to finish.
