Support for a Vox Populi launcher

I've bought every Vox Populi game so far and it's getting pretty unwieldy on the steam library. I would like if there was a launcher program that had all the countries and scenarios side by side. I don't know how hard it would be to program or how it would even check that you own the other games, but I think it would just be convenient...
