as title says, if you install r18 patch I get a steam error telling me to restart steam, which I did but it doesn't work still. game runs fine without patch but that is not how I want to play it obviously

Im not sure if im doing anything wrong, but i have the latest version with hanabi patch and i cannot interact with the workplace h-event at all, the shop counter is blocking it as you can see here, pressing space right in front of the npc does nothing: https://i.imgur.com/9mqxubT.png After playing a bit more, the same happens to the h-event npc at the school entrance, this one: https://i.imgur.com/Q6j25qn.png Cannot interact with it at all...

鞋柜楼梯口那个黄毛无法交互 因此相关CG无法搜集 The character with yellow hair at the staircase near the shoe cabinet cannot be interacted with, so the relevant CG cannot be collected.
