It's a pretty good experience. At times you'll think to yourself "where the hell am I, it's too confusing", then you'll realize that this is the experience of blind people. Signs that don't mean anything (because you can't read them), and broken paths that only work because you've seen it already, so you know how they should generally work.

However, there are a few things that ruined the immersion a bit and would love the dev to address in maybe a new title with a similar theme.

1. Rapid tapping - would've been great if there was the ability to rapidly tap on the floor, because it is otherwise a bit annoying trying to tap space, which actually raises it a lot higher than wanted,
2. A game over mode - there was a map with cars, and I probably wandered onto the traffic. Adding a "game over" mode (that restarts you close to that section) would be nice to send the message of how dangerous it is to be blind.
3. Lack of tactile feedback - I'm pretty sure I walked into invisible walls a couple of times, and because of the lack of feedback, I was just guessing that it was an invisible wall. a message would be better to let us know. Also adding a "feel" mechanic to know to help us know what object we're blocked by, such as when you're brushing up solid objects, like walls, trash cans, etc.
4. I also happened to fall through the map once on the school map, I'm only supposing since the echolocation kept having things move away from while i was standing still.
5. Replay - Would be great to have a replay of your playthrough to see how confused you were to really understand how you'd handle this disability.
6. Walking stick gets stuck - It's annoying when you move into some objects and the walking stuck gets stuck and starts spazzing out. A proper detection that prevents the walking stick going all over the place would've been nice.

I really love this game. I've played the demo for hours! i love the visual representation of sound in the game. you explore your surroundings and find memories. this has nothing to with the gameplay, but while playing the game i tried turning the lights on and it didn't work. it made m realize blind ppl probably don't use lights. makes sense.

The game is nice,I see the reason and how the dev imagined it but the lack of a settings button is a problem,you can only edit them from main menu so when I went to edit them mid game I found out I lost all the progress i did
