I definitely like FF2 better. Dystopian settings, better controls, you can read emails in a PS1 action game (!), the feeling of loneliness suits the game so well. Yeah, it is different from FF1, but was that reallly the reason of the hate?

It could all be so simple. Just give us fun games with modern graphics and designs like these characters, and the money will flow.
