Second playthrough after a decade and I played the first two as 6 rifle 6 decking 4 charisma 3 spirit (for Bear). Pass all the convos, do all the decking, win every fight. So this time I thought I'd make a melee adept troll because Dante was an MVP before. First mission I can't sneak in the back and I can't talk down the guards. Will a sword mage eventually be fun? No respec games stress me out. Don't want to be bummed for 20 hours....

Do people not like the setting? or do they not like the mechanics? Cuz I cant think of a good reason to stop making these unless sales are terrible. Also I still think Hong Kong has the best story, and the fact you can recruit a ghoul is pretty awesome.

Buyer's remorse

So I'm playing a physadept. I'm currently wielding two weapons, the Serrated Machete and the Emperor's Blade. Both are listed in the inventory at damage 5, but when I wield the Serrated Machete, my attacks and abilities are listed as having a damage of 2 higher than when I use the Emperor's Blade. Am I missing something?...

If there's a new Shadowrun game that is like Cyberpunk 2077 but takes place in the Shadowrun universe, would you buy a copy?
