• Changed the signaling of the Cat's Eye bauble. It used to change the color of the red X over cards that were not part of the played hand to green, but now it changes the sprite entirely to the Cat's Eye sprite

• Updated dice tooltips to make it clear they replace the previous tier

• Updated Cake tooltip to make it clear it only destroys played queens

• Tooltips now disappear if you mouse over them, hopefully making them feel less intrusive

• Added columns to hand information panel showing how many times each hand has been played and how many Zodiacs you own for each hand

• Fixed bug that caused the self promotion buttons to not work after returning to the menu from playing a game
