Reave’s February 2026 Limited Access Playtest is now live and open to all players.

This playtest begins on Wednesday, February 5th
and will remain open for at least one week, with plans to extend it further to gather more feedback and data.
The exact end date will be announced soon.

Return to the Fallen Bastion and experience some of the most substantial world and system updates Reave has received to date. This build focuses heavily on environmental art, combat readability, social interaction, and overall polish.

What’s new in this playtest:
• Major environment art passes for the Mess Hall and Barracks spawn areas
• A new early-game ranged enemy designed to keep players mobile
• Updated weapon ability VFX with imbued and empowered visual states
• Echo Sharing — players can now split Echo costs at sockets
• Physical social space systems including bag usage, stash tabs, and in-world merchant sales
• Extensive bug fixes and performance optimizations

This playtest is focused on stress testing new systems, gathering gameplay feedback, and refining the moment-to-moment experience.

Reave’s January 2026 Limited Access Playtest is now live and open to all players for a full week.

This playtest runs from
Thursday, January 15th to Thursday, January 22nd.

Return to the Fallen Bastion and experience a major progression overhaul designed to stretch Reave into a full seasonal experience. This build introduces item levels, deeper loot scaling, new quality-of-life features, and extensive fixes based directly on December feedback.

❗ A new build is live: please update your game before playing.

What’s new in this playtest:
• Level cap increased to 30 (skill points capped at 20 for now)
• Item levels added; gear stats now scale with item level
• Deeper chests now drop higher-level gear
• New quality-of-life options including snap turning and mute-all
• Extensive bug fixes and performance optimizations

All characters were wiped at the end of 2025, so everyone is starting fresh for this test.

Players can also link their Discord account and claim a one-time reward of 1,000 Crystal Skull Premium Currency, added directly to their in-game wallet.

Jump in, raid deep, experiment with builds, and help us refine Reave as we move toward the next phase of development.
