We’ve got a little bundle of updates to share about Origament: A Paper Adventure - it includes a fresh trailer, a reminder that we updated the demo 😏, a publisher update and Origament launching this Spring 2026!!! 🌸

If you haven’t tried the demo yet, this is the perfect time to jump in - and if you have played before, it’s worth another run. We’ve been polishing the experience so it feels smoother, prettier, and more welcoming on a wider range of PCs.

I’ve personally been replaying the opening a lot while we tune pacing and “first impression” moments… and it’s honestly been so fun watching the game become more itself with each update.

We can finally share our current release window: Spring 2026. We’re taking the time to make sure the full journey feels like poetry - cozy, surprising, and full of those quiet “wow” moments.

We’re excited to announce that Assemble Entertainment is joining the journey as our publishing partner - alongside Beverlor. We’re still the same small team at Space Sauce Studio obsessing over every fold, texture, and hidden path - but with more support behind the scenes, we can push the game further and bring the full Origament adventure to life the way we’ve always imagined it.
