Entering the underground tunnels is now strictly prohibited!

Several reports have come in of children getting lost in the underground passageways.
We would like to remind all denizens of Caelum that entering these tunnels is strictly prohibited, and we would advise all parents/guardians to inform the children under their care to keep away from entrances to said areas.

We cannot stress enough that these underground tunnels were closed down for a reason. No one is to enter them.
