I would like to know how exactly to get the achievements where you have to clear any song with S, SS, SSS and EX rank. I cleared several songs with S and EX rank now. Some even with S rank on all difficulties. Though I didn't get one of those achievements. Are these maybe bugged? Also I never got SS or SSS. It seems like S goes up to 94.99% accuracy while EX is granted with 95% upwards....

First things first: Love this game and especially the songs! ^o^ Now as for my feedback, let's call it a bug report: Bug: When I start to play a song, suddenly seemingly all enemies, that appear in this stage, appear right at the start of the song which makes clearing it - even on easy - obviously impossible.
