Here is the long-awaited new update for Therapy Simulator. My New Year vacation has been a bit longer than I had planned for, sorry for the wait! I hope you all had a great vacation and good times with your loved ones.

Therapy Simulator has been a highlight of my year. It's made me happier than you can imagine seeing everybody who's played and enjoyed this game. I truly hope 2025 has been great for you too, and that 2026 will be an even better year. ✨

💵 Dynamic Session Fees

The session fee is no longer a flat $200. Now, your session fee is modified based on your experience, employees, office animals, how clean your office is, and whether you pay your employees or not. You can see the current session fee on the whiteboard right next to your computer.

Your office now gets dirty! You need to clean it up if you want to keep your session fee up.

Review from an actual therapist

So I understand that this is a fun video game. However, this game could make some serious improvements to improve the "realistic" angle of it. First off, first sessions can be "intake sessions" where you are reviewing and collecting valuable information regarding the patient and developing rapport with them. Some of the dialogue options given that aren't blatantly offensive feel inappropriate to ask a patient I've just met because I don't have a significant relationship built up with them yet. how to end the day?

hello. i tried changing the res to see if the end day option would appear, but nothing changed. can that be a button on the computer under start the day? <3

Patients don't talk about what their problems are tagged as

I played a new playthrough of the released game, but I noticed that some of the patients don't mention anything about the reason they came in. One girl was labeled as a "toxic girlfriend" but only talked about social anxiety at work, and another girl was labeled as "toxic boyfriend" but talked about something unrelated. Only a few patients are actually talking about the reason they wanted to be scheduled....

Therapy Simulator - First Impressions Review

Tried out Therapy Simulator last night, and honestly… it left me wanting a lot more. Right now, it feels less like a proper simulation game and more like a point-and-click story experience. There’s barely any interactive game-play aside from seeing a few patients, adding patients to calendar, flipping on the lights, and ending the day. Dialogue was really lacking too — I kept hoping for deeper conversations or at least choices that felt like they mattered, but it just wasn’t there yet. The game de...
