Despite enjoying the game’s base, I cannot recommend buying the game for how broken the code is. With the dev working on a sequel, I would recommend waiting for that to release, instead of buying this. I understand it’s the dev’s first game, and I appreciate them opening up about the issues they’re having with it in the discord server. It sucks that it’s so unstable that with every attempt to fix, it breaks more. Again, I enjoyed this game a lot, so cannot wait for new games the dev comes out with, but cannot in good conscience recommend a game that has, sadly, become unplayable. In my playtime I have been reloading savefiles, reloading the game, losing items and falling through the world so much that I wouldn’t have 5 minutes or normal playtime before having to do so. It’s a sad part of purchasing an early access game, unfortunately. I’ve been thinking over if I wanted to write a review for weeks, if not months, now, because I want to support dev, but I also would not wish for people to buy a game that is being currently discussed about what to do with. I’m trying to not be disappointed, as I definitely understand unfixable issues, but having asked for it as a present from a friend, I am sad that they spend money for me for a game I was not able to enjoy for very long.

Once again, Rep, I can’t wait for what you have in store next and I appreciate you trying to do what’s best with this game! It’s a complicated choice and process, which is very understandable. I hate leaving negative feedback I’m sorry ):

Game is buggy and from the looks of it, abandoned - which is a real shame because I was looking forward to playing it after watching streams. It took 3 launches of the game to stop the crashing on new game, and then when I was in the game, options wouldn't save when you changed them, so it was burning up my PC and the sensitivity was so low I had to drag it across the desk a few times to turn slightly. Absolutely not worth the money, which is disappointing.

The game is 100% abandoned by the dev for being 'way over their head'. We never heard a word from them for months, before getting SOMEONE ELSE to tell us they've abandoned the game and are working on another project. Not to mention they're not taking it off Steam, so I'd be wary about anything else they make because it'll probably get abandoned too.
