Bindings + Sync Fixes

Hello,

We've updated the game to include the following fixes:

1. Corrected the FPS calculation on screens over 60Hz

2. Corrected audio output on devices different than 48Khz

3. Added the option to change the default gamepad binding

Hopefully this solves the problems we got reported regarding those issues!

want controller key binding option

the game is cool but i want to change my contoller button X(attcack) >> A A(JUMP) >> B B(SPECIAL) >> X OR Y I would appreciate it if you could make an ini file that can be modified

Emulation Bug on First Boss

As mentioned in that one review, the first boss only renders 1 tentacle, when there's supposed to be 2-3. I just ran a quick test (invincible+turbo), and both the English/Japanese versions have the issue. My reference no-intro validated ROM+Ares without special config works as expected, and matches the longplays on Youtube. Definitely bizarre....
