The game name "The Legend of Shiande" is a tribute to Carlos Medeiros, a streamer friend who runs the channel "Shiande Games".

Some time ago, he agreed to stream this game live, back when it was called "Pixia". It was a private challenge I made for my friends at the time. During the stream, both he and the chat enjoyed the game and encouraged me to release it on Steam.

So, for over a year, I worked on the game to refine, polish, and balance it. During that time, Carlos (Shiande) helped me test it and gave ideas to improve the experience.
