I recommend everyone defrauded by this developer go to the Store Page of the product, and file a report with Valve. There is a "Report This Product" button at the bottom of the page next to the and buttons. From there you can choose to report this title as either Fraud or Legal Violation, as I believe this key revoking issue might qualify as both, but it may vary depending on your legal jurisdiction and how narrowly Valve wants to interpret "Fraud" as they seem to have a pretty narrow defi...
