Thank you again for supporting Star Garden. We’ve been very deep in the full game's development lately, so our apologies that we've been a bit quiet!

That being said, we’re excited to share an update with you!

We just released a FREE content update for Star Garden: The Trial (our FREE Steam demo). That's right, it's FREE!

This update includes:

6-Player Online Multiplayer!
Improved controls
Improved networking
Improved game balance
...and more!
Did I mention that it's FREE?!

If you have The Trial installed already, the update will be ready to download TODAY! Two more free content updates are planned for the future!

I have played a little bit of the demo recently. There are some expected bugs, such as the game oddly playing itself. But I expected stuff like that, and that isn't what got me worried. What worries me is just how extremely similar it is to Kirby Riders. With this game being revealed so close to the actual Kirby game itself, I'd encourage for some more ideas placed into this game. The pet simulator is definitely a start. But if Nintendo suddenly decides to put a patent on Kirby Riders' mechanics, we may ha...

If you played Star Garden: The Trial on Day 1, you may have ran into some nasty bugs that never came up for us while testing. We're extremely sorry for the inconvenience. However, these bugs were fixed a day later! We hope you give the demo another shot after updating, and please know that we are continuing to fix any bugs we find!

In other news, if you didn't know, David Humphrey (who you may know as the original VA of a certain "Ultimate Lifeform") will be the voice of Lynx in Star Garden!

Also, Zeno Robinson will be voicing Jack Flash from ENDLESS FANTASIA as part of a FREE collab in Star Garden! ENDLESS FANTASIA is an awesome comic book that is also currently on Kickstarter. After the full game releases, we plan to release a FREE DLC collab pack for FREE!

On our Kickstarter, we've hit a ton of our stretch goals. Thank you all so much! We're so close to our next one, which will add a new set of Lumi evolutions and a new vehicle type, the Air Skates! Is this Game just Kirby Air Ride + Chao Garden?

Because from the trailers, gameplay and description there doesn't seem to be anything unique about the game. Even the UI feels like borderline plagiarism. The problem isn't that it is inspired heavily by these games. The problem is that it's just Chao Garden and Kirby Air Ride stapled together...

Extremely unpolished

When trying to play single player, the game practically plays itself while you fight against the cpu's inputs, I see many people have experienced this issue. The quickplay barely works, i have 30 minutes of playtime, and about 25 of them were spent in menus, i only got one single game to actually work online and even then it was a two person lobby, any other time the lobby would time-out or something and send me back to the menu, I think another issue is that some people don't know how to ready up because ...
