woudl help a lot when thinking of moves and possible

It would be nice to have a 2D option since I have trouble distinguishing the pieces at times with the 3D models.

So i downloaded the demo to try the game out and see if i wanna buy it but for some reason it refuses to work. It'll begin to open the game before just auto closing before it can launch, all I ever get to see is the unity logo with a red exclamation point...

I moved a MAN forward 2 spaces, from the 2nd row. It landed directly to the left of an enemy PAWN. The enemy PAWN moved diagonally (down, left) as if it was capturing something, but the spot that it moved to was not occupied (illegal move). And yet, my MAN got captured by it somehow. Found the explosion badge that causes all captured pieces to explode. Enemy captures pawn next to my king. All 9 squares are destroyed and I lose. New game, purchased the cannon that attacks with explosions! Sounds powerful. Attacked pawn next to enemy king. Enemy king does not die. Uninstalled game. I am NOT going to continue losing puzzles because the abilities aren't clearly explained. This is not fun....
