I don't know what should i do in this game Can any1 guide me how to play and achieve the 100% of achievement?

Closer to the end of the game, doing one of the characters puzzles in the town, the character wandered off, the puzzle block was still up on my end. I couldn't get out of it, tried breaking all the boxes in it, and failed intentionally but it never went away and I couldn't get rid of it or move. The character never came back to me either. I had to exit out, and because of no saving, starting over again. I do want to say I think the game is interesting so far! I understand its new there's going to be thing...
