Having watched my own grandad live with Alzheimer's, this story resonated with me on a personal level. It's a fairly short experience, but every moment playing this game felt meaningful. From the very beginning, I felt like I was genuinely in Annie's shoes. As her memories slipped away and moments from her past bled into the present, I found myself feeling the same confusion, frustration, and conflict that she was experiencing. The game does an incredible job of immersing you in her perspective, making every forgotten detail and every recovered memory feel deeply personal.

As someone who is highly empathetic, this game hit me hard emotionally. It gave me a greater appreciation for what many older adults and family members living with memory loss may experience every day. Rather than simply telling a story, the game invites you to feel it, creating a powerful sense of understanding and compassion.
